Composite Plating

According to the purpose of composite plating, it can be divided into protective decorative composite coating, functional composite coating, wear-resistant composite coating, self-lubricating composite coating, etc. The composite plating can improve the surface properties of the material without affecting the physical and chemical properties of the base metal, thereby expanding the application range of the material. The specific performance is as follows:

• Improve the wear resistance, creepage resistance, physical damage and high temperature strength of metal or alloy, such as Ni-SiC composite coating, Ni-WC composite coating;
• Anti-artificial sweat test, anti-electrolysis test, relative performance is stronger than single plating;
• Improve the corrosion resistance.
